Perfect location in a quiet street at walking distance from everything and just a few minutes by moto to the beach. The host is a lovely and kind lady who will help you plan your days with anything you may need. The room was spacious and very clean. Definitely recommend it.

Breakfast finished a bit early for us (9am) as we’re not always the best sleepers so aren’t really early birds. We had a few mosquitos in our room despite using plug ins so got a few bites.

We loved our stay at Nam’s. She is very personably and welcoming. We asked for an extra pillow and some chairs for our balcony which were provided with no issues at all. Bed was comfy and shower power was excellent. Breakfast was tasty and there were options between various types of eggs, fruit and muesli. Really good location for exploring the old town and a great restaurant next door!

It was a nice place. Lady gave suggestions on near by places and her car service at reasonable price. Breakfast was fine. Location was fairly good and close to old town. Overall very nice homestay to spend couple nights

The location is great in a calm neighborhood and safe. The host was very welcoming, gave us tips for places to visit and the breakfast was nice, delicious and has a good variety of food. Also, when we got sick the host helped us in ordering a taxi, in tow minutes the taxi was here and took us to the best hospital in town. We had a very positive experience in B & B.

We loved everything about our stay at B&B and extended it twice! Nam was a wonderful hostess who set us up with everything we needed any time we asked. The rooms were wonderful and clean and the location is perfect, close to everything but on a quieter street. We will absolutely be returning to stay there on future visits. A big thank you! 👍👍

Friendly and helpful hostess, on a quiet street with many restaurants, not far from overnight bus stops and old city. Room didn’t have a desk making it harder for working remotely. Bed a little hard.

We stayed there for three nights, it was everything perfect! The location is super convenient, you can walk everywhere. The host really nice with us, she explained and recommended a few things. Breakfast was good! You can choose what you want. I definitely recommend this place :)

Nam the owner is very cute ☺️ she gave us the best info on tailors. The room is comfortable with aircon, a fridge and kettle. The bathroom was very clean and hot water 👍 Breakfast was perfect, so many choices as well like muesli with Yoghurt and honey or eggs and banquette. Coffee was classic Vietnamese drip which was great!

I’ve stayed at hotels in other parts of Vietnam before and they were basic. That’s why I decided to try a homestay for my first time in Hoi An - it was the best decision! We picked up a lot more local culture & knowledge by staying here. PERFECT location - within walking distance (5 min) to the beautiful Old Town. Local restaurants and corner shops within steps. Room was CLEAN and QUIET. Powerful shower, well-functioning AC. Perfect for resting after a long day exploring in the heat. Nam (the owner) made us breakfast everyday. Some days she made specials including Hoi An style banh mi, spring rolls and Quang noodles (local delicacies) for us! She even bought jackfruit for us to leave with on our last day. Highly recommend this B & B Accommodation to anyone visiting Hoi An. Thank you for your hospitality Nam, we’ll be back!
