As I've written a few times - sucks to pay for parking, especially for a motorcycle they won't let in a stall. The AC is a little noisy.

Price and location, first and foremost. And this time the front desk staff were nice! Big room as usual. Nice view over the colorful neighborhood.

Again, staff is so hit and miss! And I still hate paying to park, especially a motorcycle they won't let in a stall. Oh, and they have that weird thing where you have to pay a deposit that gets held on your credit card for a couple weeks.

We've stayed here several times. You can't beat the location, the parking and the price (sometimes, anyway).

The staff is so hit and miss here. Sometimes straight up cranky at the front desk, sometimes very businesslike, sometime even cordial. Paying for parking is a drag - and they charge the same price for motorcycles as for cars even when not taking up a stall. The gym is so so with terrible wifi signal down there. Very slow service elevator that you need to take to access the gym etc.

We usually stay here in Cape Town - the prices are usually very decent. Decent boutique-like feel to the lobby. Rooms are large.

Location for our purposes of exploring restaurants on Long street and visiting the Bo Kaap couldn't have been better. Loved the colours used in the decor to reflect the surrounding streets. Easy check-in / check-out, room had everything we needed with a comfy bed.

As the hotel offers breakfast I was not given the option if I want to be included or not.

It was clean and the bed was soft and comfortable. There was everything I would need in the room...refreshments, beverages and snacks.

The shower is okay. The water pressure and temperature are good but the drain outflow was not fast enough.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the housekeeping was always perfect. I enjoyed the breakfast, which was hearty, fresh and always the highlight of my stay. The parking is very secure. The staff are the friendliest and the restaurant is perfect.

While my stay was generally positive, I encountered a couple of minor inconveniences that are inherent to the hotel's design. The elevator is quite slow, and accessing the parking is a bit complex. These are aspects that likely cannot be changed, but they are small compromises in an otherwise enjoyable experience.

The hotel is generally well-managed, conveniently located, and affordable. For breakfast, there was a big variety, and the staff regularly replenished the food and promptly cleared away dirty dishes. Based on my experience, I would definitely stay there again.

I have for bath soap to bath on Sunday morning. I was ignored waited because they said its coming never. I had to buy at OK stop sunlight bar soap for myself to wash.

The stafff said i ate a chocolate which i did not eat. I had to pay for something that i did not eat. The room that i was allocated had water leak but was moved to another room however some of my clothes were wet.

The security deposit was a bit of a surprise. I paid by card so yet to receive my refund as per the receptionist. My partner left early, I left soon after and we did not make use of the breakfast that was paid for, was only supposed to be one charged but was charged for two. I ordered breakfast and had to cancel as I was in a rush, was not told breakfast hours, so my order was late. Did not get a refund for my breakfast I did not have, that was a little disappointing.

Would prefer the shower to be separate and not in the bath. Would prefer access to the hotel from the second parking higher up. The steep walk could be a risk for elderly people.

The room was clean and well equipped. We did not have breakfast but supper was excellent. The area was a concern at first but with guards at every corner we felt much more at ease.
