Everything the hotel was perfect. The gardens and pool where stunning. the beach and sunrise was spectacular. Breakfast pancakes were delicious! Room was absolutely perfect and bed was very comfortable. Loved our stay and would highly recommend.

I recently stayed at Zipp Bar Restaurant and Bungalows and I can honestly say that it was one of the best experiences of my life! From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was in paradise. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they made sure that my friends and I were taken care of throughout our stay. The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was so relaxed and inviting. The bungalows were spacious and comfortable, and the views were breathtaking. I didn't want to leave! I would highly recommend Zipp Bar Restaurant and Bungalows to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay. I give it a 10/10!

We booked this hotel a day before we decided to go to Gili and it was the best choice of our vacation. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the best I ever had. The raja bar next to the hotel is also very nice with very good food! The rooms are very lovely and no comments about that. It’s cool that you shower with an small open roof so it gives you the feeling that you’re showering outside. Location is also very good. It’s a small island, so we walked everything what was fine for us. And we saw 4 turtles in front of the hotel!! But shootout to the staff of this stay! They work really hard and help you with everything you need and are always happy and nice to you. If we ever come back to this island, we going to stay here again for sure!

Absolutely amazing stay!! The villas are lovely and comfortable, the showers are real cool. Brilliant location, literally just on the beach. within walking distance from the port. Staff were amazing, reasonably priced too. Free sun beds and parasols x

Very good location. The beach is just in front of the resort and we can snorkel there and see the turtles 😃 the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I’m not really good at writing reviews but wanted to say that the hospitality at Segar was great! The staff were very friendly and open. plus I left my earphones and the owner was lovely enough to send them to me. I’ve read some of the other reviews. and yes the staff isn’t always available but there’s only 2 of them working at the moment. You just have to ask them if you need something. Everything on the Gillis is a little rundown at the moment because they’re just starting to open up after Covid but it’s still so relaxing. the small town is cute to ride a bike through. if you wanna ride a bike around the island it’s a bit sandy. I would advise to take the many small roads through the island instead. great place to watch the sunrise in the morning. the restaurant isn’t open yet but the breakfast is great. either pancakes or omelet with a fruit salad and juice. I went snorkeling in front of the hotel and saw 3 turtles. 🙂 Anyways we had a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The rooms were very clean, the bed was comfortable and the outdoor bathroom and shower were awesome! Breakfast was very good.It was only a 10min walk from the port and close to many restaurants. The snorkeling right outside the resort is very good, however there is no real beach, just a cement retaining wall with steps. The nicer sandy beaches are on the west side of the island, but the snorkeling is not good over there. It’s only a 5 min bike ride between the west and east side. Bikes are close and easy to rent from the resort. We organized a snorkeling trip for the 6 of us through Hal who had a business next door- he was great and was very helpful! I did 2 awesome dives with Manta. They were very professional and the dive sites were amazing!

This property was perfect for me! The villa is so big and clean and private and on a quiet road just down from the beach- honestly 100% recommend!! it’s even better than the photos show. Also loved the pool- but I was so close to the beach (where they have the BEST snorkeling on the whole island- and you just walk in from the shore) I barely used it! After going around Gili Air for a few days, I was quickly aware I was in the best spot bc it was only a quick bike ride to the port (main road) and also really cute beach warungs to chill in. (Small note, just walk along the beach path when you get off the ferry to the property, don’t follow the gps thru the town- it’s waaayyyy easier along the water).
