Overall a great facility. Good pools which are heated during winter months. Location is great, outside there are supermarkets, nice restaurants, shops. We had a lovely two bed apartment in a separate complex of buildings (apart from the hotel area), very well equipped with anything you need for everyday living and dining, a comfortable sleeping bed. The location is perfect, close to the sea and a long pedestrian zone overlooking the sea. Free access to the big pool. We also had a direct access to a smaller semi-private pool just in front of the apartment. The common areas are full of green plants and trees and are very well maintained. There is a very convenient bus stop 5 min away with regular connections to Las Palmas, the airport and Maspalomas. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby.
