An adorable cottage enclaved in the middle of a fairy-tale rain forest. Cozy and incredibly well equipped. I don't think we've ever stayed at a more generously equipped place. We were surprised at the attention to detail in ever room and were thankful for it all showed the hosts' incredible generosity. There's a ton of books to read on everything Hawaii; wished we would have stayed until we were done reading all the books. The vegetation all around it is just stunning. The unit is squeaky clean and very well kept. Perfect for exploring the volcano area. ,

The location is a little bit far from tourist attractions in a small quiet village.

The nearest airport is Hilo International Airport, 27 km from The Red Cottage and Hawaiian Pond Garden Paradise!. It was very clean and really gave you the sense of the island. Absolutely loved, feeding the chickens babies. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. Seeking a relaxing getaway.

This holiday home features air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. The property features a year-round outdoor pool with a fence and is situated 2 km from Mauna Lani Beach. Wonderful accommodations with plenty of extras. Well stocked kitchen with up to date appliances and cookware. The unit has beautiful views all around and close to everything. Towels and a multitude of beach stuff was available to use. We enjoyed exploring the trail through the historic site to the fishponds to the private beach. The unit provided a detailed book about everything you can do. Communication was excellent and I never had to wait more than a few hours for a response. Definitely would highly recommend.
