Huge big bed that was so comfy The bathroom was bright & fresh with lovely toiletries A good size TV with plenty of channels Tea/coffee selection was very good quality with complimentary biccies too! I dined in the onside restaurant & bar Superb food! Beautifully presented & so good! I'm vegan so it's difficult to eat well when travelling. The food exceeded my expectations Staff were very friendly & helpful Overall a 5 star stay Thank you Despite the area of Barrow not being too great, there isn't anything to do, the location is still perfect to visit the lakes. I went to Kendal & Bowness all in the same day from Barrow I would definitely stay again when I'm next in Cumbria It was easy to find and a bonus of free parking opposite the hotel
