Location was perfect, within easy walking distance of the marina and town. Susan was lovely, gave us all the information we needed and a few extra helpful tips for the rest of our journey. Breakfast was delicious and generous, our compliments to Glen.

With open log fires and beautiful oak beams, Damson Dene Hotel features a luxury spa, beautiful landscaped gardens and a traditional restaurant. Windermere is just a 15-minute drive away.

Loved everything about this property. The room was very spacious, clean, and have a beautiful view of the backyard which was stunning. We had access to the backyard so it was really nice to sit outside and chill. Bathroom was big, clean and had a jacuzzi tub and hot water was available at all times. This property has a nice lobby, but I suppose the reception is not available 24 hours. We had booked our breakfast in the hotel and I must say breakfast was very good with a variety of options to choose from. The view from the restaurant window is mesmerising. Staff was very courteous indeed.
