Best breakfast music i’ve heard in a long time, great location, very comfortable and very quiet room, super friendly staff, great food and the Holte Spa was fabulous.

Very clean hotel Staff very friendly and helpful Exceptional view of the river Only draw back is that it is a lot of walking , plus it is not close to the famous attractions like windermere lake or close by towns , u gotta have a car . Or else u can use steam train which we found it lovely experience . Also the cruise is exceptional even on a rainy day , it is still enjoyable. Overall experience great . Would definitely recommend.

I loved the location of the hotel. It was beautiful being lakeside and it was accessible to the Windamere cruises. I also love the 17m indoor pool.

Loved everything about this property. The room was very spacious, clean, and have a beautiful view of the backyard which was stunning. We had access to the backyard so it was really nice to sit outside and chill. Bathroom was big, clean and had a jacuzzi tub and hot water was available at all times. This property has a nice lobby, but I suppose the reception is not available 24 hours. We had booked our breakfast in the hotel and I must say breakfast was very good with a variety of options to choose from. The view from the restaurant window is mesmerising. Staff was very courteous indeed.
