My stay at this villa was part of a solo journey in Greece, specifically looking for some peace of mind and to reconnect with nature and with myself. I can honestly say that Villa Sol was ideal for that purpose and that it provided for me a safe and harmonic environment, everything I was looking for and more. Surrounded by a beautiful garden with rich vegetation, I woke up every morning to the view of the sun rising right out of the vast ocean. The house and the pool were sparkling clean and all the spaces were tastefully minimal and comfortable. I specifically enjoyed a) reading my book by the pool, only hearing the buzz of cicadas and other nature sounds, b) the blue bus right outside the villa which took me directly to Corfu town, as well as the green bus right across the street, which took me to some stunning beaches and c) the fact that I could order and have delivered to the villa delicious food by the restaurant just around the corner and also groceries by a nearby supermarket that the hosts recommended to me. I am very pleased by my experience staying at Villa Sol and I already look forward to sharing this experience with some good company next time.

Very nice hotel, probably the most beautifull one from Benitses region. The staff was very friendly, we receive the room that we’ve paid for. The room was clean, large, had fridge, seif, TV, balcony with sea view, pool view and mountain view. Very good room for the price that we’ve paid. The breakfast was very good and delicious(they do very good donuts). The pool was clean. I’ll recommend you if you are in the area to choose Potamaki.

Beautiful accommodation in rural Corfu with the best hosts you could possibly imagine. Socrates and his wife really made our stay with their kindness and generosity. Their Son, Takis, was our main point of contact throughout the booking process and was so kind with his recommendations for things to do and see and was always very quick to reply. The beautiful apartment was one of three available next to their own home and we were made to feel extremely relaxed and welcome. The pool area was lovely to sit around and we had the place to ourselves the majority of our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was good. The Wi-Fi was excellent and there was Netflix available. Strongyli itself is a quiet rural village (though it does have a couple of lovely tavernas a short walk away) and my husband and I were glad to have rented a car through Spiros at Benitses car rental. He met us at the airport and made the process of renting the car very easy and straightforward for a good price. If you’re looking for a relaxed holiday in an authentic setting in Corfu look no further!

Absolutely astonishing view from the room! The cleaning lady was visiting wvery day. Everything was clean and bice. Good breakfast.I totally recommend the hotel. The pool area is also great!

Room was very nice. Big and with nice view. Staff was extra friendly. Receptionist after was super friendly and helpful, he even knew us and gave key even faster than we ask, valuable worker. Location good, not so far from airport. Very good breakfast, with many things to choose.
