The villa and the hosts are AMAZING. They even provided me with a home-cooked meal on my first day as it was a holiday and most places in town were closed, including the grocery store, when I arrived, so I had no food with me. The bed and pillows and linen were high quality. The windows and doors have screens. The villas is clean and beautiful and the location is great -- just a 5min walk to the beach and a short walk to the little village where you can get everything you need (there is a pharmacy, bakery, fruit stand, grocery store, and post office). The villa is easy to find, off the main road and has high quality parking (paved, large area). I will surely stay here again!

We could not be happier with the place! Hosts are amazing, beer and wine were in the fridge- exactly what we needed (we have 3 kids) and cake for kids. Villa is as on photos. Place is clean and has everything you might need - washing machine was extra plus after returning from sandy beaches… if you book villa you won’t be sorry!!!

Visited for a romantic weekend and the hotel delivered. Located on an exceptional beach in Kiotari, this huge resort exceeded our expectations. We lounged at the pool during the day, ate at the exotic buffet for lunch and had an unforgettable evening at the Greek restaurant on the beach included in this all inclusive resort. The staff was polite and made our stay as comfortable it could ever be. We even visited the spa one day which was, in sense, the most relaxing experience one could ask for. All in all will definitely visit again!

The setting was truly remarkable, offering an authentic Greek experience that's hard to match. The studio itself is wonderfully cozy and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly require. As for our host, Manolis, he is undoubtedly one of the most warm-hearted individuals we've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He went above and beyond by treating us to homemade cake, coffee, and fresh fruits, making us feel right at home. We felt comfortable approaching him for anything we needed, and he generously shared his insights about the local area and the entire island.

Absolutely great experience! The Villas are absolutely wonderful! Me and my girlfriend loved the stay! It’s only a 15 min drive to Prasonisi beach where we went kite surfing every day for one entire week. The owners were very welcoming, super helpful and friendly with giving us lot of local tips. We also appreciated the high hygienic standard and the respect of COVID restrictions. At our arrival there was a huge bowl of fresh fruits, a cold wine bottle and other essentials in the fridge. They really thought about everything (from the softener for the washing machine, the tabs for the dishwasher, the ice cubes ready in the freezer, plenty of candles to creat atmosphere, kitchen equipment and utilities, Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, an outdoor fire place and barbecue equipment, plenty of towels, second stock of bed sheets etc.). We really recommend staying at this property and enjoying the wonderful setup with private pool and see view. Thanks Anastasia for making it a dream vacation!
