Vasilios the hotel manager, Georgia the restaurant manager, Konstantina the receptionist and the staff at the hotel where so friendly and made the holiday even more memorable. Food was exceptional for all inclusive and always something for everyones diet.

The Stella Hotel is perfectly located in the center of Pefkos, a quiet place with a beautiful sea view. Large rooms with everything you need, very comfortable beds. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed every day. Liked breakfast, varied food. Large clean pool. There are many shops, cafes, restaurants near the hotel, as well as a bus stop and a taxi rank. Not far from the hotel there are 3 good beaches, the sea is very clean and warm. We liked everything. Thanks to the owners of the hotel for their hospitality.

I was searching for a good hotel for my 5th visit in Rhodes island but this time it was my first vacation alone so I searched for a small hotel far from the overcrowded Rhodes city with good reviews and it took awhile until I came across with Lardos Bay Hotel. By the reviews it seems that the hotel has one downfall which is the Wi-Fi connection reliability especially in the rooms area. So I decided to book this hotel and of course to purchase a SIM card with a huge internet package because I needed to work on my laptop during the stay and I couldn’t take the risk after reading the bad reviews about the Wi-Fi. I arrived at the Hotel around 14:00 and i was lucky that the room was surprisingly ready earlier than 15:00! I had to try the Wi-Fi connection for myself and yes it is terrible, it has extremely low internet speed like in the late 90s and it stops working every few minutes or even seconds and I was getting the “No internet connection” message constantly. I truly believe if they had a good and reliable Wi-Fi connection they could have easily go above 9.5 rank in booking.com. Other then the Wi-Fi issues, all the hotel staff from the room attendants to the front desk receptionists are very professional and friendly they always smile and wants you to feel comfortable especially the cute Italian girl at the hotel’s “market” (shop) who thought I’m Italian too :) It looks like the hotel got renovated recently and the room was modern, well maintained and clean to perfection. The public areas looks clean and well maintained as well. I booked full board = breakfast, lunch and dinner that i was told at the check-in it also includes soft drinks and snacks at the pool bar (soft all inclusive) - the food is alright and suitable for a 3 stars hotel. The hotel is 200 meters / 4 minutes walking to the beach, at the beach you can rent 2 Sun beds for 10€ (no option to rent 1 bed).

The host Lambis couldn't be more helpful, Especially all the complimentary extras he provided, especially when you arrive at 2 am and no stores open for milk, water, drinks, bread and more important Wine and Beer. Nothing was too much trouble for Lambis what ever we needed and Advice. Comfortable large double beds, Villa was spotless and spacious. Already looking at booking for next year.
