Luxury stay. The property and staff were exceptional. Cleanliness and very professional and courteous staff. Was very pleased with the hotel that we extended our stay. Centrally located closed to downtown, stores, markets and everything you need to see in Arad.

Many thanks for the great welcome we had at the Mystique Pension in Arad. A charming, clean place with great people. Even though the booking.com people messed up the booking (the owners of the guesthouse are absolutely not to blame for the accommodation mix-up), Mr Cori and Mrs Neli made sure that we, as guests, did not suffer. They handled everything in a professional manner. I would give 11 stars if I could for their professionalism, cleanliness and the way they treated us throughout our stay. Good vibes only - highly recommended! The minute we stepped in the place, it felt like home. The Landlord was extremely helpful and kowledgeable, and unlike some people have claimed in their feedback about having some issues, we had absolutely none! He was very communicative throughout all the phases and signed a receipt for our payment. The place is pet friendly, great floor (not slippery at all), and ground floor. Very good darkening shades between the windows. The entire apartment is roomy and airy. Very contemporary and up-to-date. Wi-fi working perfectly, suitable speedwise also for work related purposes. Air-conditioning as promised and placed ideally. The apartment is in such a good shade daytime (because of large trees) that it feels cool even without the air-conditioning on. We stayed longer and were able to contact the Landlord throughout our stay for anything (more towels, etc.). The room lightning has different shades of white from warmer to colder which was awesome. The most beautiful and functional window blinds we have ever seen! Comfortable bed in good size with a high quality duvet and pillows. Linen was absolutely spotless! More so than in most of the 5-star hotels. No unpleasant smell whatsoever in the apartment or furniture, just fresh air and easy to breath. Great location next to a very large park and a river. Local food deliveries find the place easily and fast. There are also post office and a good grocery store very near (with some other shops). Quiet house and neighbourhood with no disturbancies. Not that there's any reason to suspect the neighbourhood, more like on an informative note to fellow travellers: parking is not private, there are places free of charge next to a street and on a public parking lot nearby. This is not a negative comment, though! Parking felt very safe and there were always free spaces available. You may also get a place right in front of the apartment.

The terrace had a nice view and the hydromassage bathtub was amazing. The beds are comfortable. The price was excellent. Very nice property located near UTA new stadium in a new and modern neighborhood. Plenty places to eat and buy food nearby including Atrium Mall. The owner was available 24/7 for checkin and any other questions. Everything was perfect.
