We booked it because it is on the right site in Phuket (Chalong). It´s not really surrounded by beaches. It's an excellent choice if you want to explore Phuket or go on boat trips to PhiPhi / Krabi. There are many travel agencies in the area. The rest of the tourists need to travel to this main port in Phuket.

The Hotel is perfect, absolutely beyond our expectation. It is located on top of a hill which offers a extraordinary scene of the Phuket City. We stayed in the Lemongrass Villa with private pool. The villa is newly built, it is very clean and spacious, and the private pool is very clean. The environment is relax. What impressed us the most is the staff! One of our family members lost his wallet in the taxi and we actually did not expect to find it back. Unbelieveably the staff (especially the hotel manager) tried very hard to help us call the airports, taxi counters, check the CCTV and eventually he managed to identified the number of the taxi and help us to contact the taxi driver. Finally we got the wallet back! The service of the staff are just absolutely impressive! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who are looking for affordable luxury resort experience!

From the moment I stepped foot on the property I was immediately looked after, the girl at reception was so sweet, she brought me to the local shop to save me from using my credit card and gave me loads of information about different activities and places to go for the food! The place is an oasis of peace and serenity. Small, but spatious and cosy pavillons are placed in a beautiful, very well kept tropical forest/garden with pools in the middle. The facilities are top. Very clean. I spent 2 nights there with my 5 year old and we were loved being there, having a quite time and enjoying tranquility. Good value for money, we would go there again.

It is a great hotel with a very nice pool, big rooms, very clean, a great breakfast and air conditioner. The location is okay. You need 15 min to the city and to the beaches approximiately 30 min by car. The Staff is very nice. I recommend this hotel definetly for families.
