The Homestead is offering accommodation in Berry. All rooms boast a kitchenette and a private bathroom. Guests can enjoy lake views. The little nice extras such as hot cocoa, the nice chocolate cookies, the bathsalts. Also plank over the bathtub made it so we could have a drink and some cheese while having a bath. And the place was super lovely, every little detail of it.

Beautiful self-contained villa with everything anyone could need. Well designed with full kitchen and large fridge, which meant we could cook for our toddler. Beautiful grounds very close to the beach (with lifeguard flags directly where you enter from the villas) and right next to a playground and skate park for the kids. Excellent and accommodating staff, especially the wait and kitchen staff. Lots of nice touches like chocolates on the pillows and complimentary champagne for a birthday. Private and comfortable. The most generous hosts. Highly recommend.

The studio apartment was very large and had a well equipped kitchenette. It was in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to a beach. A kayak and stand-up-paddle board were available for us to use. The location was great for exploring Jervis bay. The self-cook breakfast was very substantial and good. I would stay at this property again.

I also enjoyed the breakfast, there were a good amount of selection. It was close enough to hyams and huskisson beaches. The location is also close to other small beaches and it was quiet. It's the perfect accomodation for couples.👍
