Taipa Views Bed & Breakfast is located in Taipa at Doubtless Bay Northland. It is close to Cable Bay and Mangonui. We had a great time here. Really comfy bed, good location, delicious breakfast. I was provided with a delicious coeliac safe breakfast too.

The host was excellent and shared his knowledge of area and tips on things to see and do - thank you Also the room in essence includes a live artwork with the beautiful sliding doors that gave us a lovely full moon scenery over Karikari beach and farmlands - enjoyed watching the cows and highly recommend the local fish and chip shop and a brew in the local. As recommended

Enjoy being on the water's edge with stunning, uninterrupted ocean views from your own private balcony at Golden Sand Beachfront Accommodation. We were indeed beachfront in our 2 bedroom cottage on a very golden beach. The location cannot be beat. It was so beautiful that we did not want to leave to travel up to Cape Reinga - but we pulled ourselves away and enjoyed the side trip. It is a very good departure point for Cape Reinga. The cottage itself is very nicely done with guest comfort in mind. It has a beachy feel, a huge deck with a table and seating areas on the waterfront, and 2 comfortable bedrooms. Communication with the owners was seamless and we were able to arrive without having to arrange a meet and greet. The friendliness and caring of the owners is amazing. Highly recommended.

Just 10 minutes' walk from the Kerikeri River and set amongst gardens, the peaceful Colonial House Motel boasts free unlimited WiFi, Netflix and 50+ TV channels and a saltwater pool. I loved it. You get nicely greeted by the dogs and cats of the owner, get a milk (or in my case a beer, thank you) and a short instruction about the things in the room. It's not too far from the city center but also out in the nature where you van listen to the chirping sound for a good night rest.
