Well located in the centre of Funchal, Barceló Funchal Oldtown provides air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a fitness centre. From the moment we arrived the staff and hotel exceeded our expectations. Nothing was any trouble. Carolina the manager and her staff were amazing. the rooms we had 3 were wonderful .

Three House Hotel was the perfect spot for our honeymoon, right in the old center, near the cable car, the market. It is lovely looking, very spacious and clean, with all the amenities one would need. The rooftop is the cherry on top. :) The staff is more than happy to help you with everything you need. I surely recommend it!

Saccharum - Resort & Spa is a luxury 5-star design hotel located on Calheta Beach, between the mountains of Madeira and the Atlantic Ocean. Great hotel! Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was quite comfortable with possibly the best bed we slept on during our month long trip. Bathroom was clean, and the balcony was a nice addition. Great AC. Parking was easy and close. This hotel has the best, most elaborate breakfast I’ve ever experienced. It was delicious and filling and varied. We loved the beach club area, though would recommend water shoes as the beach is quite rocky. Would gladly stay here again.

Perched on a cliff facing the Atlantic Ocean, this design hotel is within a renovated traditional farmhouse. This was our second time staying at Estalagem. Amazing property, facilities and staff. It feels both comfortable and very safe to stay there with our two small dogs. Already looking forward to our stay next year!

Having spent 5 wonderful days at the ARTS IN hotel, we can confidently recommend it. Thank you for the delicious breakfasts, cozy room overlooking the garden and the ocean, caring staff.
