I stayed in room 105:) A bit noisy when there’s happy hour at night but it didn’t bother me at all. I still had a very comfortable and happy experience there. Thank you so much:)

University of Alberta is 10 km from the bed and breakfast and Whyte Avenue is 10 km away. A true Bed and Breakfast, managed by a couple, Larry and Diana. The room was clean and comfortable with private bathroom (toilet and sink). The breakfast was exceptional with several choices. It’s the closest a visitor could stay to the West Edmonton Mall if that’s your interest. Diana actually did an emergency laundry for us as well. Larry carried our suitcases.

The apartment is equipped with all amenities of high quality. For breakfast there was an incredible variety that no wishes remained open. In addition, there were additional delicious nibbles, chocolate at the bedside and much more - absolutely loving. The location is absolutely top for various excursions in the Banff NP.

Door code was available and instructions on how they were NOT affiliated with the front desk helped. Getting a park pass and a parking garage access card was an awesome benefit! The place was cozy and comfy. Much more than just a hotel room.
