The breakfast selection was amazing & delicious. Great selection of choice. The staff were extremely efficient, respectful, happy & made you feel welcome. They could not do enough for you. The meals were cooked to perfection & offered an amazing selection. Everything I ate was delicious.

Featuring luggage storage space, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. The property features barbecue facilities and outdoor furniture. Turned up to all the normal necessities plus a loaf of bread, a loaf of gache, 1 litre of milk and 500g pack of Guernsey butter. I really appreciated and loved that. There is also a little shed at the entrance of the car park where you can buy fresh eggs and a mixture of other fresh produce.

All linen is supplied, as well as free parking & al fresco seating areas. Housekeeper available if any problems. Easy to reach from airport. Quiet. Everything there you needed during stay. Clean and comfortable.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The beds and bedding were so comfortable, and everything we needed was there for us. There were even lovely touches such as a loaf of local raisin bread and a bunch of fresh local flowers that made me smile. The lodge is in lovely gardens and I really appreciated the trees, birdsong and flowers just outside the windows. It is an easy, pleasant walk into the heart of St Peter Port and the harbour, so Ilex Lodge is in a fantastic location, close to town, but quiet and peaceful. The three of us arrived exhausted and desperately in need of a holiday, and left rejuvenated and recovered. It was exactly the holiday we needed. Thank you so much.

Just a 6-minute drive to the town of St Peter Port, and walking distance to Guernsey’s south-coast bays and cliffs, The Ellingham Cottages has 12 two and three-bedroom holiday cottages. They all feature free Wi-Fi, on-site parking, a large shared garden and laundry facilities. Close to the beauty spots in the south of the island. Cottages were clean and comfortable. Cottages were very quiet.

The Pickled Pig is a new Gastro Pub situated on the ground floor of the hotel building. Fabulous 👌 staff. Rooms very well appointed. Beds like sleeping on a cloud. Easy walking to town. Food at Pickled 🐖 Pig Restaurant and breakfast in the morning (extra if you book room rate only) but worth it. Staff were excellent accommodating our needs for our staff. They went above and beyond and met all expectations.

Everything at The Captains was first class a warm friendly welcome spacious very comfortable room with walk in shower and a great breakfast with everything from fresh fruit bowl muesli yoghurts fresh juices followed by a grand selection of cooked breakfasts including full English and even scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. I loved the location within easy walking distance to the beaches and if needed a bus stop just outside the door to whisk you off to the delights of the capitol or back to the airport.I had a lovely time here it was exceptionally good value and I can heartily recommend The Captains for anybody looking for some good old fashioned friendly hospitality .
