The place was exceptionally clean and pleasant, with everything in perfect working order. The bed was very comfortable, and there was ample parking available. The breakfast was excellent. The owners were on-site, very approachable, and eager to help with everything.

There is a private entrance at the chalet for the convenience of those who stay. The chalet also features free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Wonderful stay. Room was comfy, clean and cosy. Fantastic location. Stars at night were super clear. Stone beach and little pier are a short drive away. The lighthouse and cliffs nearby are beautiful and stunning. Excellent communication with the owner, Heidi was very nice and helpful. Room has everything you might need including a washing machine.

Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Sara and Simon gave such a warm welcome to their beautiful home. We stayed in the two-bed room bed and breakfast, and it was superb. Sara is a fantastic cook, the home is beautifully decorated, and the location is really great. We were able to see so much and still be 'home' to relax before bed. Achalochan House has been the best stay on our 21 day journey.
