Rated 4 stars but I don't know what more could be done to the property for it to be rated 5 stars. Excellent bed. Great location for us as it was a couple of klms from Armidale centre and close to the university. Rural setting with a gentle horse in an adjacent paddock who likes apples.

Large space inside including all three bedrooms, living area and very well appointed. Grounds are huge and spectacular with pool and horses in paddock. Private entrance and parking are also nice.

All Seasons Motel Armidale is situated at the top of Dangar Street, just a 10-minute downhill walk from the centre of Armidale. My stay was enjoyable, my room was large and very clean specially the bathroom. the bed was very comfortable. I found the reception very friendly, fast and obliging. I was very happy to be given a late check out after my request. The breakfast was bonus.
