The toilets and showers were fine, always clean. Very handy to have a kitchen with fridge. There's a plug, shelf and light for each bed and the mattresses were very confortable. If you're looking for a touch more luxury (and privacy), they recently built private suites which are worth every penny for the upgrade. In short, if you're a traveler looking for an affordable stay with the added bonus of diving in the Caribbean, Paradise Divers should be on your list. It's not the Ritz, but the energy and staff make this place incredible.

Featuring a terrace, bar and views of sea, Utila Lodge is set in Utila, 700 metres from Chepes Beach. The hotel also offers free WiFi as well as a paid airport shuttle service. We recently spend 3 nights at the Utila Lodge and it´s my pleasure to review our experience. It would be difficult to find any fault with this hotel. The property is attractive, easy to find, close to everything downtown area. Staff at the reception, bar and restaurant, all made us feel like family there. The room was large and confortable, loved the wood floors, big bathroom with good shower, pressure and hot water. big patio area overlooking the water. You can hear the waves at night under the building. Had my best sleep here, no noise at all unlike in Roatan. Breakfast everyday was wonderful, never any hassles. We also did some diving with them, out instructors Nina and Julian were wonderful. The only guy we didn´t like was the salesman at the dive shop names Argen, too arrogant. We would definitely stay here again and we recommend to fellow travelers and divers.
