This location refused to honor my reservation.
This location refused to honor my reservation. Very biased behavior. I was dressed very plain. In the process of relocating and opening an office. I think the mgt misjudged me as homeless or poor ? Not sure but the service was horrible. My reservation was refused to re check because it was an hour late...,.noon. Opposed to 11am. Neverminded the fact, I had to leave my office and drive and hour back to the location to check in at noon. Very rude and considering legal action.

Cleanliness and value. Close to lots of attractions. bed not bad! No breakfast only coffee and tea since I don't drink either out of luck. Ate alot at In and Out. Bought breakfast foods for am. Stater Bro grocery store and Target close. lots of restaurants close.

For our trip to Fullerton, this location was great. We went for a church conference in Anaheim and it was close. The location was good. I liked that we were very close to Sprouts. It was great to have free parking at the motel too!

Absolutely the WORST hotel I've ever stayed at and...
Absolutely the WORST hotel I've ever stayed at and I've stayed at hundreds of hotels. Room was overly dirty, poop on the toilet seat, mold in the shower, shower head covered in dirt, towels covered is grim, mattresses had stains, and sheets had BLOOD Stains! Staff was horrible, no care to make an already upset guest happy and admitted that they knew the condition of the hotel was gross exact words were "this is why I travel with my own sheets and towels". He would not provide me with management name or provide me with his name and hotel number. The hotel lobby had broken furniture in it and a bunch of other items that were poor or horrible quality!!!

It’s the perfect location.
It’s the perfect location. Close to Disneyland and Knotts and not too far from the beach. I always visit Balboa Island while I’m in town too. Southern California always offers so many options. Oh yeah! It’s not that far to Lake Arrowhead!

Was clean.
Was clean. Room just needed window open n a small deodorizer. A few creepy people maybe because of great price. Pool n jacuzzi was clean. The table n chair area was clean. Cleaning lady always asked if we needed anything but never had sugar for coffee. Stay was great and near restaurants n stores. Quiet area. I would stay again.
