The personnel at the reception is super polite and professional. Very clean and spacious apartment, we stayed at a two bedroom apartment. Quiet morning coffee at the terrace is top. Massage at the spa is the best, very professional.

Everything was excellent, the apartment was clean and equipped, clean towels and sheets. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of foods, drinks, sweets. The swimming pools are clean, many swimming toys to choose from for free,the garden is fabulous. The kids had a really great time, best place so far we went to. The location is great, the aqua park by walking distance, the sea too, many shops,fresh fruits and vegetables, bounce castles and playgrounds I recommend this resort for everyone, especially families with children. You won't be disappointed

Absolutely perfect place in Nesebar. I searched for a long time before I found it. Its in the historical centre but not at the beginning and in June it was not overcrowded with tourists around. The only drawback is that you don't have access to arrive to the apartment house by car to load/unload luggage - it's not a huge problem because the parking is approx. 200 metres distant, but there is lot of stairs. Otherwise the parking was flawless in the time of our stay (June) - it was only half full. Btw. its a little strange for us to see that maybe a tenth of the historical centre is occupied by a parking lot, but for tourist arriving by car as us it is very comfortable - you stay in the very very historical centre, at absolutely quiet location and you can even see your car from the terrace.

I liked the staff, they were very friendly and helpful. The property has a small garden with cosy chairs and tables, sitting there is very pleasant. The rooms are large and very well equipped.

A wonderful accommodation that really exceeded our expectations! Both the receptionist and the manager were very helpful. We enjoyed the pool, the view but also the breakfast which we bought separately on the recommendation of some tourists and we made a very good choice! We hope to come back again!

We are family with 2 kids and we can say all the best for this property and stuff and recommend to families. Rooms are huge and clean, 2 balconies, big bathroom. They clean every day. Complex in general looks great, they have private parking with guard, pool in great shape and 2 playgrounds for kids, space for barbecue, cafe etc. Beach is 5mins walks and a lot of markets and food stores around. Old town Nessebar is 6mins with car. We even extended our stay and we will sure come back again!

The hotel is very conveniently situated, close to the beach and a walking distance to the old Nessebar town. The receptionists are young, but very attentive to all the details, speaking very good English. They were ready to help you any time you needed to. The apartment is roomy, well constructed, having a lot of storage places. The balcony is nice and it has a racking dryer that was very handy for swim suits and towels. We had an apartment with a garden view, at the 3rd floor, but actually we had a side view to the sea, allowing us to watch the raising sun each morning. The mattress was very good for sleeping. Towels were changed on daily basis. Linen was changed at the 4th day, as it was supposed to be done. The apartment was cleaned everyday while we were at the beach. Breakfast was taken downstairs at Attica restaurant. The restaurant like the hotel was very nice decorated. The waitresses were very nice and helpful. The food was plentiful, fresh and tasty. We had ham, cheese, eggs, omelette, sausages, pastry, water melon, plums. We chose to drink filter coffee that was very good. There is a coffee machine for other types of coffee. The hotel is close to the bus station to Nessebar old town. The bus station is across the street beside la Festa Panorama hotel. But the old town is reachable by foot, on the promenade near the sea. About 20 minutes walking. The underground parking is not free but it worth every penny- 20 leva/day. The elevator is close so you can bring the luggage to your room. The hotel has quite a big parking space outside, but we preferred the one situated underground. The hotel is close to Janet market and to many restaurants that provide very good food. The beach near hotel has a free part and another one with beach beds. The water is shallow and very nice.

The place itself is with a very good location with wonderful views ,really close to the beach and it's very quiet. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The pool was very clean, beautiful gardens and a nice atmosphere in general. We loved it !
