We did not actually meet any personnel and it is self-catering in terms of any snacks or breakfast. The room was pleasant, and clean; there is a shared kitchen (shared I think with just one other room on the same floor) and a shared bathroom and a separate rather small toilet. The service lady I met is quite hospitable, I felt very comfortable, she explained the location of the super market and bus station , also suggested me if I want to jogging in the morning at two parks just around here !
