Everything was great! I arrived by motorcycle after hours and Pascal the receptionist had been waiting for me. He organised a private parking spot for my bike which I didn't want to leave out on the streets. The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast and the staff was fantastic. I even got coffee for the road. If I ever come thru this little town I will be staying here again! Thank you so much for a very pleasant stay!

Everything is great. From the surroundings, at the Citadel, nearby everything (although Dunkirk transports are free), the design of the buildings of the hotel. The elevators, the corridors, and even though I had a small issue at the door, I had the greatest help. The room is pretty amazing, confortable beds and great bathroom. The staff is really helpful. This is an aparthotel so you have a studio flat with tiny kitchen, and there is no reception desk etc. we found parking nearby very easily and the street was very quiet. Room extremely clean, great water pressure in the shower and comfortable bed.

Since we arrived late (and forgot to give an arrival time at all), we were given a code which worked fine. Haven't met the staff but communication was no problem. We used the kitchen in the morning.
