Everything except the no aircon and the fact that there is no one available to help you after 8pm. We arrived around 7pm, when we figured that there was no hot water, it was too late, lobby was close and we had to shower with cold water to our 1 year old baby. Water was fixed in the end of the following day. It happens but this + the extremly hot temperature with no aircon did make the trip quite less good compare to what it could have been :)

Hostess Michele (who by the way speaks excellent English) was wonderful -- responded quickly and positively to all issues (e.g. when microwave stopped working, she arrived with a new one within about ten minutes!). This must be one of the best self-catering places I've ever stayed in, and I'd love to go back.
