The property was of outstanding standard, spotlessly clean, finishing little touches and attention to detail was displayed in furnishings and comfort. The location was great right in the centre of Basingstoke. The host Linzi did everything she could to make my stay an enjoyable experience, like allowing an earlier check-in and later check out time. Looking forward to coming again very soon.

Couldn't fault the hosts, very friendly and informative. If you had any issues, I'm sure they would resolve them immediately. Out of the way location, but a great looking pub just up the road, 10 mins walk up a fairly steep hill. Bed comfortable and clean, en-suite shower hot with plenty of power. WiFi free with adequate signal strength.
