    When we arrived after a very long journey our room had not been cleaned. It took me ages to find the correct phone number, 2 numbers did not pick up. A cleaner came and could not have been nicer. We had to wait about 1 hour in another room till she completed the job. I forgot my computer charging wire at home and she went out of her way to lend us a compatible one. It was easy to enter and exit the building. The room was small and there was no proper dining table which I expected for self catering.
