The location was good. Close from all the restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. The room was recently renovated and very clean. It was also cleaned everyday. The swimming pool area was nice. We enjoyed swimming with our baby in the pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Maria organised a taxi for us to get there from the airport and it was a good price. Also we asked a lot of things because we were traveling with an infant and she was always very helpful. And also late check-in and check-out was no problem.

The hotel was well laid out and well look after. The owner was super helpful and the breakfast was very good. The position is great as its a walk away from the main strip of restuarants. The prices at the restuarants were the lowest in Crete and the owners/families exceptionaly friendly. We will be back for sure.

The family of Maria and her daughters Eleni and Pinelopi treated me and my wife exceptionally great! Our room was upgraded from a really good and comfortable room to an excellent suite with a kitchenette, a living/dining room, 2 TWO balconies!!! Hearty breakfast was included. In addition, we made a new friend in Nadia. She took care of us from the moment we arrived, helping us with our luggage. She’s strong! She also kept us company during breakfast, teaching us some of the Greek way of life. Everyday all of the ladies would ask us if we were comfortable and if we needed anything, just ask and it is done! Before Crete, we had been to Athens, Paros, Naxos and Santorini, but the Pinelopi hotel family made us felt at home, relaxed, comfortable, and HAPPY!😊! If we get a chance to come back to Crete, WE WILL STAY AT PINELOPI AGAIN. Efcharisto, Efcharisto, Efcharisto ladies!!!!

I could write a novel on this topic, but I'll try to keep it short. Amazing breakfast, amazing staff, cozy room with all you can need on a vacation. When you enter the hotel, the first thing you feel is the amazing smell. I have no idea where it came from, but it was so nice. The bar at the pool offers delicious snack food and cocktails. It's close to everything, restaurants, shops, a supermarket, and the beach. No free sunbeds at the beach, but there is a bar offering a free pool, and the sunbed set costs only 6 euros. Don't expect luxury at this hotel, just a warm welcome, smiling staff faces, and a great feeling. I felt like I'm visiting friends or relatives, not like I stayed at a hotel.
