This modest hotel by a so so beach is exceptional. Super clean, modern bathroom. Great water pressure with plenty of hot water. Air cond and fridge worked well. The room had a small terrace with lovely garden views. The bed and pillows were great. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality.

The house is very comfortable, tastefully decorated and has everything you could need for self catering, although there are plenty of restaurants in town and a couple in the village up the road. Our host Manos was the best, so helpful and friendly. We are already planning our next visit!

It is however a 20 minute walk from the restaurants and bars which maybe an issue for some especially as taxis later in the evening were not easy to come by. The 'House' was very nice and well appointed with a lovely patio and all the appliances necessary for self catering and an extended stay. A welcome hamper and water, juice etc in the fridge were much appreciated.

The lounge area had a beautiful fireplace, sofa and dining table and lots of floor space. Views over Sitia and the surrounding countryside are stunning and the beach is about 2 minutes walk away, tops. The host was very friendly and very easy to reach via phone.

Owner run and managed and taking great pride in what they offer. Friendly helpful staff. Delicious breakfast and snax offering. Serviced beach beds as well as an immaculate pool area. So many added extras in the rooms which have full self catering facilities with high quality fitments. It is the best place to stay in Sitia for a wonderful break. Book early so you are not disappointed.
