The apartment house is in a very quiet neighborhood - far enough to not catch the bar noises from the beachfront yet 3 minutes on foot from the beach. A huge plus is that the apartments use geothermal wall cooling so there's no noisy A/C, no neck sprain from blowing cool air, wonderful. The apartment house has its own parking space and there's a possibility to have breakfast from the other property of the same owner - just across the street. The apartment is spacious enough for a family, everything was very clean and very nice smelling, no bad odors, no sweaty pillows, no hairs in the shower sink - top notch cleanliness. Our apartment named 'Kishamis' had a quite big L shaped balcony which is shaded by trees which provides a nice place to have your coffee, even during the day. The apartment owners were also very nice.
