1. Everything was clean when we arrived 2. Everything worked. For example, we always had hot water to shower with. 3. One day, we forgot our keys inside the apartment while the reception was closed for the day, but luckily we could call the staff using the emergency phone number (which can be found in the elevator). They arrived within 20 minutes of calling 4. There’s a great trattoria right next door. 5. The beach and the train station are so close to the accommodation (less than 10 minutes away by foot) 6.
