It is the perfect stay for a family, functional, budget-friendly, and excellent staff, both friendly and accomodating. Easy walk to a pebble beach and a restaurant, plus a nice pool and bar at the hotel. The kitchen was nicely appointed to make meals throughout our stay.

Quiet location and not commercialised with loud bars etc, although probably a bit too quiet for some. Drove to Rio Marina for atmosphere and a variety of restaurants. There’s a small shop open during the morning. Beach is about a 10 min easy walk.

Great new facility with big space inside (2 bed room apartment), fully equipped, 3 terraces with table and sofas, jacuzzi outdoor, amazing view to the sea and mountains. Close to beach by walking 5 min, restaurants and bars. Eduardo was great host, supportive and friendly. 20 min to Portoferraio. Definitely we would like to come back for longer stay!

We loved the location.. pool.. all the staff were very courteous and friendly to all of us Apartments were amazing…our group loved the units and amazing sunsets from our balconies

Great apartments, well equipped kitchen, bathroom, conditioner, grill in the yard. Good located, near the beach, in 10 minutes walk, 2 min by car, you can drive to any side of the island by car in 15 minutes. It is possible early in the morning to meet the rising sun on east beaches and then in the evening see beautiful sunset in the western side of island. There is a glossary shop near this location. We certainly plan to come back here another summer.

Location spacious terrace quiet location, nice and green, trees around friendly staff possibilities to sport - tenis, paddle, canoe, book a trip through an apllication animation programme for kids in the evening parking at location beach with umbrellas and swimming pool very well taken care off

Staff were very helpful. The location is simply marvellous; you can enjoy a fabulous panorama and breathtaking beaches. The apartment was very comfortable.
