We had a great stay. We arrived late and were welcomed and guided to the house by our host Calogero. He lives nearby and is the kindest and most helpful person. He was always available and gave us good tips on things to see and places to go to. The house is very well equipped and offers a stunning view on the sea. There are a few beaches (with pebbles) down the hill where you can go either by foot or by car. But we mostly spent our time at the pool which was a blessing with the heat. Many interesting places are reachable within 1 to 2 hours by car (Corleone, Enna, Cefalu, …). Palermo is about 25 to 45 min depending on trafic. Bear in mind you will need a car to go anywhere.
