What a great place! We were greeted and showed to our room, which looked much nicer than in pics. Everything was super clean and ac made room very warm very quickly. I also left bathroom door open, so it got warm in 5 min. Shower was hot and our bathroom had no funny smells. My husband is picky sleeper, but even he said that bed was comfortable and he had good night sleep. I agreed - bed was comfortable and area was very silent. We also received big tray of delicious breakfast for the next morning. Room also had mini bar with reasonably priced water (1jd and in local supermarket you pay 0,5jd), soft drinks, chocolate etc. You also can get 6 bottles of water for 4jd. Also - family offers dinner, what I highly recommend. Petra is expensive and most of the time you will get something expensive, small and not even tasty. They also offer lunch boxes. We don't eat lunch so we refused that offer, but for those who eats I also recommend to take it, as in Petra you will be greeted with crazy prices.

The hotel had an amazing view of the city. Mohammed is the best! He takes care of everything you might need, he gave us the best advices to go around. The room was immaculate, provided with everything we needed. One of the best places we have stayed in Jordan. Totally recommended.

Comfortable hotel with nice amenities within a short and easy drive to Petra. Quality essentials and helpful staff. It's within walking distance to downtown and also rather quiet at night (my room faced the mountainside). Plenty of hot water and it is potable. Also, the free to-go breakfast was nice.

We loved our stay at the Crystal House. After each long day in Petra we really appreciated having somewhere comfortable so close by. The owner is great, he served us delicious breakfast every morning and had plenty of recommendations for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Simple no-frills hotel that's easy on the budget. Clean with super comfortable beds. As we had gone in winter so heating was very important. The apartment had hot tap water and inverter ac (works as a heater as well). Restaurants available downstairs. Board games were available for the guests to enjoy on the roof with hot tea and amazing views. Breakfast was simple - standard Levantine affair - which was good enough for our family. And finally, but for us perhaps the most important part was how helpful the management was, when I called them from Amman for a favor a few days after we checked out. The manager (who is probably the owner as well) went out of his way to help us recover one of our car key remotes that we realized was never returned to us by the attendant at the petrol station near 'Ayn Musa' at the edge of the city (it is another story how we figured we lost the key there). We had driven to Jordan all the way from Qatar and it was important to us that we had a backup key. Really appreciate their help and courtesy.

the apartment has 3 big rooms and one big hall. we are a group of 5 and has occupied each rooms. 2 of us even chose to sleep in the sofa because it was comfortable. The owner Ali has been so hospitable. It made our stay more comfortable. he has given us some tips and it was very helpful. Ali’s hospitality is really exceptional. He had prepared authentic Jordanian breakfast and dinner for us and its really good. We enjoyed the coffee and tea served by Ali. All I can say is you’ll never go wrong once you booked this place. Its just amazing.
