Reception was friendly and efficient. Apartment was spacious, clean and sufficiently equipped. Recycling bin in the kitchen. Bed was comfy. Heating worked well. Location is very good.

Great studio apartment in a great location. Manta Rota is a great little town and apartment situated a two minute walk from the Main Street down to the beach. Supermarket, restaurants and shops all close by and it was about a 10-15 minute walk to the sandy beach. Apartment was very spacious and clean and had all the facilities and the bathroom was a very good size. Had a nice size balcony that overlooked the pool area and surrounding countryside. Check-in was very easy and the lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful. All the staff we met were very friendly. Pool area is cleaned every day, plus during our stay they cleaned the apartment and gave fresh towels and made the bed.
