very good location , 5 minutes walk to Kata beach! located right at the Kata night market. Many restaurants and bars around. Fruits good price right at the entrance! The hosts were very friendly and gracious. The communication via email prior to arrival was very good. Reception/office is about two blocks away from the actual condo/hotel. Pool side has better views than the mountain view side, but mountain view side is therefore quieter. Microwave/cook top/fridge/freezer w ice maker are readily accessible within unit. Foodstore (MAKRO) is about 4 blocks away and numerous mini-marts also nearby as well as many restaurants. Beach was just a 10-15 minute walk away.
