This was the perfect place to stay halfway through our trip to Vietnam, where we could relax by the pool on the roof and do laundry in our rooms. Filtered water in the lobby was nice so we didn't have to keep buying bottled water. Loved the full kitchen!

The location is exceptional! Just a minute walk to Night Market and 3 minutes to Ancient Town. The staff are very friendly, warm and helpful. Trinh assisted us on booking tour/ride tickets and cultural show, and these saved us a lot of time in making our itinery arrangements. Laundry service was quick, done within the same day. Bicycles were readily availlable for us to cycle around to explore the town. Will stay here again when we next visit Hoi An. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and relatives.

We got the penthouse suite, with it's balconies on both sides, outdoor tub, and great views. The shower was also great, and the room had a large bed and room with a kitchen. The value was extraordinary for someone from the US (less than 10% of the US cost).
