Staff were friendly and helpful, felt like we came home. Apartment was very nice, spacious, clean and all you need was there. Breakfast delivery to the apt was very convenient. View from the room & balconies is breathtaking. Beds are big and comfortable, (best sleep in weeks also because of the quietness). Location of the hotel is very good; we enjoyed of the peace and fresh air. Best experience in South-America so far! 10/10 !!! We'll definitely come again to this hotel and Ushuaia, from almost the northpole where we permanently live.

The staff is very helpful and kind. I left my computer accidentally in the apartment after I checked out. They contacted me and advised me of the case after a few hours. They are willing to keep it for me until I pick it up three days later.

We could not use it that much as we had just one night. Calm neighbourhood, no annoying noises during the night. We got all the information via Whatsapp before - with a nice instruction video. Our ground floor apt. was spotless and HUGE. Very close to El Mercado restaurant and a big grocery store. Perfect location and in every way. Would definitely recommend 👌.
