Very accommodating for kids; we had a baby with us and they put a crib, high chair and changing mat in our room, plus there are toy boxes available for lending.

Philip and Stephanie are very friendly and super helpful. They picked us up from the bus station and helped move the luggage to the 2nd floor. Place has many free items for use for the guests.
