Lechnerberg II is 1 km from the property. Everything about Avenida is spot on. It is modern and the customer service is second to none. The breakfast and tea and cake in the afternoon after skiing is a lovely touch. It is quite far away from the ski slope but they run a mini bus service to drop you off and pick you up. We all love it here and it is our favourite place to stay in Kaprun!

The apartment was super clean and in modern style. Cool design. Comfortable beds. We liked especially the fact that there was a washing machine we could use (not directly in the flat) and that we could store our bicycles in the garage. Check-in and check-out was smooth.

Very clean, elegant, spacious rooms, great outdoor pool with a view over the mountains, relaxing spa, great food, right next to the ski slope - overall excellent rating

At the aparthotel, each unit includes bed linen and towels. Room was exceptionally large in our case (4 pers.) which made it a nice place to relax in. The additional facilities that were offered (fridge, washing machine, dryer etc.) were a wonderful touch and the cleanliness of the entire hotel rounded of the experience perfectly. We didn't need the 'dog-station' at the entrance but found it to be a wonderful touch. The downstairs lounge was a wonderful place to relax as well.

Many attention is payed to details so that you find all you need to spent a beautiful time. At the same time, the apartment is also very practical with the available amenities. The owners are so welcoming, friendly and carrying. We found ourselves extremely lucky to stay there.
