The aparthotel offers a continental or buffet breakfast. The room was very large and clean, met all our requirements. The hotel staff was kind and pleasant, they helped us a lot with everything we asked for, and even offered us an extended stay at a cheaper price (due to the situation in our country). The hotel is close to everything in Bansko, the parking is right in front of the hotel entrance, and the view from the room is really beautiful.

Also featured are a balcony and private bathroom. Amazing place with sweet and accomodating people. I traveled with my mom who is 75 and has reduced mobility - everyone was super attentive and considerate. The hotel is not as busy in the summer and the staff is reduced - they still managed to do an outstanding job.

A massage service is available for an extra fee. Loved this stay in Bansko it was incredibly welcoming especially at first arrival! We had never been skiing before and everything was guided for us! We were out in communication the BSR ski school who organised equipment and lessons for us with Ski Mania for a great deal! Hotel was warm, comfortable, very clean and the added perk of a sauna and steam baths was great for a day after skiing. I cannot wait to come back and will definitely be staying here again best value for money and super kind and friendly! Already recommended to a friend coming next month!

The aparthotel offers an indoor pool with a pool bar, as well as beauty services and a 24-hour front desk. The apartment is really nice with fully equipped kitchen, very clean and cozy. It smells really nice and was really warm in it. The owner made sure it is heated before we got in. The pool and spa center are really nice and worth visiting. Parking spots available all over the space. Totally recommend it to everyone!
