The location of the apartment is super. Indeed, it is near the bus stop so you can get there on foot. It is on the outskirts of the center so it is quiet. And on the other hand, the center/marketplace from which the Willy's depart is at max 10 minutes walk. The apartment is very clean. The bedrooms are spacious. There is no real living room. There is a couch in the kitchen and a TV hanging on the wall (which I did not use but there would be Netflix). I did miss a sharp knife in the kitchen and a kitchen towel. But there was a smoothie maker! I had an apartment with a small terrace where I enjoyed the view in the evening. The host lives on the ground floor and you can always contact him with questions. Upon arrival I also received a delicious glass of homemade port wine. When I stayed there, they were building a supermarket right across the street from the building. But at that time I bought my things in a supermarket in the center and on the corner of the street, where there is also a bakery, by the way.

This is without question one of the most impressive hotels/apartahotels that you will encounter. I've done a multitude of traveling over the past 38 years and this was one of the best experiences I have ever had. First and foremost, the owner/management and staff (Erica and Beatriz) are exceptional. Paula deserves 7 stars in a 5 star rating. Super attentive, personable, and committed to ensuring your stay is the most comfortable and accommodating. The prices (depending on the apartment chosen) are very affordable and reasonable. The security at the facility is unmatched; I've never seen anything like it. The common areas and apartments are all uniquely (impressively) decorated, exceptionally clean, comfortable and cozy. The Wi-Fi was super strong and fast. The location is great, in a very quiet, peaceful area, with plenty of easy/convenient public transportation options accessible. There are a couple of supermarkets within easy walking distance from the hotel and if walking is something you like or prefer, you can walk to the downtown/central part of the city and the largest, most popular mall in 25 or 30 minutes of casual walking. If you are in need of a place to stay in Manizales, do not look any further or consider any place other than this hotel.
