This apartment is fantastic, possibly newly built as everything looks brand new, comfy beds, well equipped and worked perfectly for us cooking for ourselves as we are vegan, there are a few little supermarkets nearby for essentials. We didn’t eat out but I believe there are one or two near the apartment (the owners would be helpful with this I’m sure) You can sea the sea and Stromboli in the distance from the apartment terrace and we were lucky enough to have the front apartment. The nearest beach ‘Tono’ is nice light sand and clear blue sea - it’s a bit of a walk from the apartment but it is possible in about 30 mins (coming back is a very steep walk uphill in places though so may not be good for everyone) can be a bit stony getting into the sea in places so sea shoes are a bonus, nice to snorkel. There are a few beach bars along the beach if you want to eat/drink but no shops so it’s nice and peaceful. There are many guys walking the beach selling the usual bracelets etc. The apartment owners are so kind and helpful, nothing is too much trouble and they often helped us with our queries including arranging bicycle rental from the next town. We speak no Italian and the owners don’t speak English but they didn’t let this be an issue at all, we managed with online translating. We can’t rate this apartment and it’s owners highly enough!!!

Our host was very kind and helpfull, he was in an office in the complex and always available for questions. Parking was very safe with video survaillance and barrier. Tropea was a nice city - not overcrowded (in may), good restaurants and beach.

Both a bicycle rental service and a car rental service are available at the aparthotel, while cycling can be enjoyed nearby. oh my god! EVERYTHING! Beach Cottage vibe with awesome modern amenities!! We were in a beautiful apartment with THE MOST GLORIOUS VIEW. But aside from the amazing view, the little kitchen had everything you could need for a short stay. I was able to cook delicious meals and eat either indoors or on the balcony. The bed was so comfortable, the shower had great pressure and hot water. Water pressure throughout was great. The windows had three settings for opening for air flow. The apartment includes options for you to dry your swimsuit. Even the smart TV welcome screen had a great menu which featured specials that you can access just by staying here. But the BEST PART about staying here is the owners. Even before I got there Maurizio was whatsapping with us and arranged our pick up from the train station, arrange the most EPIC boat tour for us and other hook ups with restaurants etc. He is so patient and he and his family were wonderful!You are utterly spoiled!!

The property was simply beautiful and very central. It was an easy walk to the shop lined streets, cafes and restaurants.

The placement was really pretty and the yard was cozy and beautiful. The location was a walk away from the beach, which was the most georgeus beach you could wish for. We felt really safe and the host made our stay feel special, unique and welcoming.
