Staff attentive, competent and very friendly. Staff on-site 24/7. A minor issue was dealt with straight away by Pedro and Michael. Very comfortable rooms fully equipped with modern conveniences. Airconditioning working really well. Generous outside space with handy use of garden at the back of the development all secluded from the street. Shops, cafés, restaurants and metro all close by - easily accessible on foot. The Douro area only 25 minutes in walking distance.
