Air-con was OK. Useful hanging rail for clothes. Water dispenser on 1F. Kettle & mugs in the room. Great location near train station, 7-eleven and 24h launderette, restaurants. Good value (outside of public holidays when the price shot up extortionately). Didn't meet owner but good communication via messaging.
