They are very lovely people and quick to respond. Although there was a slight issue with the first room, they insisted on transferring us right away to their other accomodation which was a bit closer to the city centre as well! Excellent staff, so friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast and they helped to upgrade our room. We stayed 3 nights in this lovely hotel. They helped us to get a tunnel tour which was amazing.

Good value for money and a good location! Nice and close to all the main tourist sites and lots of options for food. The homestay is located down an "alley" which I actually really liked, feels like you're really part of the community as lots of families live there so on the walk down the "alley" there are small children waving and saying hello. Very sweet. A fairly light touch from the owner as this homestay is just guest rooms and doesn't provide food like some others but he responds really quickly if you need any help :)

Beautiful and quiet, in a local neighbourhood, near very good restaurants that were recommended to us by our best friends. The room is nice and clean, minimalistic but still convenient. Nice balcony that overlooks the moat and the citadel. The host is very nice, gave us many good recommendations. We also rented a motorcycle via the homestay for 120k VND/day. We will definitely come back to Hue and do hope this cute casa will still be open for our return! Boom casa team, thank you!
