There are two properties and the second one (not the listed address - 1.5km closer to hue city) is next door to their home. This was very helpful to me as the most annoying guest on earth who was given a ride to the correct property after not following the provided directions, forgot my passcode so they had to let me into the property, etc etc. They also provided a bike for me to use during my stay which was great. The place itself is very rustic/eco chic, extremely big bed and large room in general with a lovely covered patio and a nice writing desk. Extremely clean and was made up during the day which I haven't encountered at any other homestays.

The homestay is located down an "alley" which I actually really liked, feels like you're really part of the community as lots of families live there so on the walk down the "alley" there are small children waving and saying hello. Very sweet. A fairly light touch from the owner as this homestay is just guest rooms and doesn't provide food like some others but he responds really quickly if you need any help :)
