The apartment was very clean and has modern furnitures. It’s a perfect apartment to stay when you’re in Velipoje. The view of the sea was excellent. Furthermore the owner is very friendly and helps every time. He picked us up from the bus station and brought us back on the day of departure. Overall there is a calm and relaxed atmosphere and I highly recommend this apartment for everyone.

The owner is kind, accommodating, unobtrusive, he provided us with a parking lot next to the building where our car was in sight, the accommodation is excellent, cleanliness is top ten, 3 bedrooms, kitchen with all facilities, two terraces, air conditioners everywhere with neatly placed remote controls on the wall , the apartment is a new construction, among other things, it has a first aid package and a constant space freshener. Internet is excellent, cable television, lighting in the apartment is divided into segments, water pressure in the bathroom is good, combined toilet with bidet. When you take the modern elevator down, shops, restaurants, bakeries are all there a few meters away, a wide sandy beach is a few minutes away from the apartment. After 12 o'clock in the evening, everything quiets down, there is no noise. The right place for a holiday at sea.

Apartment is clean, there is everything what you need. Beds are comfortable. Apartment location is fantastic. 2 min way to beach, 1 min to La Maroja restaurant. 1 min to lacal market. We were in the end of September but that was very good time for us. Sunny, water was warm. There werent many people. Now we planning next vacation next year😊 in the same place.

Even things that maybe you forgot to pack We enjoyed especially the living room and loved the piano experience 😀 Kitchen area was very nice too We enjoyed the fact that was very close to the beach and far from noise of center. Lady welcoming us was very nice and helpful with everything :)

The hosts Rovena and Ervin, met us at the property to hand over the keys, and both were really friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were really easy. We had a great time visiting the beach during the off season and onjoyed the calm and quite.
