The host was very friendly and helpful, picked me up and dropped me off to and from the train station. I remember this accommodation!

The ground level apartment was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen had enough cooking supplies. It had a nice dining table and sitting area. The bedroom was big. It is located on the edge of Lienz near open farm land but is close enough to easily walk into town. It is a quiet area. There is a grocery store close by for supplies. Helga was a good host and was helpful. It was an enjoyable stay and Lienz was interesting to visit.

It's a big place that had everything we needed for a 6 day ski holiday. You are on the ground floor which makes bringing in luggage/ski gear easy. Having a bathtub was a bonus after long days skiing as an excellent way to relax. The kitchen has everything you need to cook there. We recommend you book it if available. 3 minute drive away from a large Interspar and other shopping. 5 minute drive to Lienz city center. 7 minute drive to Zetterfled ski resort. Oh yeah, a super nice host!

The kitchen is equipped with knifes and cutlery easily fit to cut up a wild boar but barely a sponge, soap or rag to help you leave everything in a half way decent state before you leave. That said, a mention of this and the manager was at our door 2 minutes later with dish washing liquid, which was a really nice move!

I had some trouble with my rental car, and they assisted me in getting some road side assistance and translation to them (my German is not good, and they spoke passable English, so it was a good help). The view from the balcony is a phenomenal panorama of the mountains and the valley below. It is by far the best view I had on my roundtrip. The apartment is big with a good kitchen and plenty of space.
